HDR is a specific way of shooting and editing photos, making them brighter, more detailed & crisp, cleaner, and in the case of real estate photography, they tend to look more 'high end'. This method also lets the exterior shine in through the windows.

Typically, HDR photography is best with high-end listings, new construction, larger & more detailed homes, pristine homes, and homes with spectacular views. However, most listings can benefit from HDR photography, as long as they're not exceptionally rundown, lived in, messy, or in need or rehab.
